Individual Therapy for Relationship Patterns & Personal Healing

I help you uncover the patterns and wounds that show up in your relationships and daily life, giving you clarity on why certain dynamics repeat. Together, we work to heal past hurts, strengthen your emotional awareness, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

    Insurance

I accept several insurance plans for individual therapy, including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna. Insurance can be a helpful option for individual mental health treatment, and I’m glad to offer in-network services when this model is an appropriate fit.

Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so I encourage clients to verify their individual coverage and reach out with any questions prior to scheduling.

  • The first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy, your relationship history, and what you hope to change. We’ll also discuss how therapy works and ensure it feels like a good fit.

  • Anxiety and depression are often closely connected to relationship stress and attachment experiences. When connection feels strained or unsafe, it can deeply affect emotional well-being. By understanding and shifting relationship patterns, many clients experience greater emotional relief, steadiness, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others.

  • No—you don’t need to prepare anything at all. You’re welcome to come just as you are. Many people feel nervous or unsure before a first session, and that’s completely okay.

If it feels helpful, you can reflect on what’s been bringing you to therapy or what you hope might feel different in your life or relationships. But there’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a clear plan. We’ll take things at your pace and focus on creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe to begin.

  • I’m an active, emotionally attuned therapist who blends compassion with clarity. I help you understand the deeper attachment and relational patterns shaping your reactions—without blame—so real, lasting change is possible. If you’re looking for someone warm, grounded, and engaged who will both support and gently challenge you, I’m a strong fit.

  • I provide virtual therapy sessions for clients across Texas. All of my clients meet with me online from the comfort of their own homes, so you can access support no matter where you live in the state. I work with individuals and couples throughout Texas, including cities such as Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. My online therapy services are designed to provide flexibility and convenience while maintaining the same level of care and support as in-person sessions.

Starting therapy can feel daunting - and that’s completely normal.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to reach out. I’ll make it as comfortable, safe, and straightforward as possible, so you can show up without pressure or judgment and begin exploring what matters to you at your own pace. Even if it feels messy or uncertain inside, you won’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll create a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported while you start untangling whatever feels overwhelming. Taking that first step doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be yours.
