Healing Patterns,
Deepening Love
Turning patterns of frustration into moments of intimacy and connection.
I know it’s not easy
Life and relationships can feel messy, overwhelming, and confusing. As someone who is married and raising a young child, I know firsthand how old patterns, unspoken tensions, and everyday stress can make even small steps forward feel impossible. With insight, guidance, and support, it’s possible to find clarity, connection, and relief.
Hey it's me,
Katie Jung
I'M A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR & RELATIONSHIP COACH
I’m Katie Jung, a licensed therapist and relationship coach passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life and relationships. As a wife and mother, I understand firsthand the balancing act of two working parents, busy schedules, big dreams, and the daily challenges that can stretch even the strongest partnerships.
I’ve had the privilege of working with numerous couples and individuals, guiding them through conflict cycles, personality differences, attachment challenges, ADHD dynamics, and the emotional patterns that keep us feeling stuck. My approach blends attachment-focused therapy, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Enneagram to help clients understand themselves, communicate more effectively, and build deeper, more secure connection.
I believe therapy and coaching should be both compassionate and practical—helping you gain insight, build skills, and feel supported as you create the connection, balance, and clarity you’re longing for. Through online therapy and relationship coaching, I work with individuals and couples in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and throughout Texas, providing flexible, remote care that fits into real life.

01
Free Initial Consultation Call
This is our first point of connection—a free 15–20 minute phone or video call. You’ll share what’s bringing you in, ask any initial questions, and get a feel for my approach as a therapist and relationship coach. Most importantly, this call helps us determine whether we’re a good fit so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
02
First Session: Relationship Mapping
Our first full session is all about gaining clarity. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or a couple, we take time to explore your story, the patterns that show up in moments of stress, the core needs or wounds driving your reactions, and the goals you’re hoping to reach. This collaborative “mapping” process helps us understand where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go, giving us a grounded direction for our work together.
03
Ongoing Sessions: Continued Growth & Check-Ins
Therapy becomes a steady rhythm. In our ongoing sessions, we work through the themes that surface, strengthen emotional awareness, and build practical tools for healthier connection. We pause to check in—celebrating progress and adjusting goals—so the work stays aligned with your needs. Healing isn’t linear, but with steady support and intention, it becomes truly transformative.
My Values
-
I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can process their challenges, wounds, and struggles with understanding and care. This allows clients to confront relational fears and vulnerabilities with courage and support.
-
I balance emotional exploration with actionable strategies, making therapy relevant to everyday life, parenting, work, and relationship challenges. We focus on practical ways to manage fear, communicate needs, and build secure, healthy relationships.
-
I maintain honesty and clarity throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring clients feel safe, understood, and informed every step of the way. I keep it real—I won’t shy away from honest feedback, challenging patterns, or pushing for growth when it’s in your best interest. My goal is to guide you toward meaningful change, even when it’s uncomfortable, and if I’m doing my job well, you’ll eventually feel empowered enough that you no longer need me.
Where My Work is Rooted
My approach is grounded in a strong blend of academic training and specialized therapeutic development. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of San Francisco.
I’ve completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship, which deeply informs my work with couples and individuals navigating attachment wounds and relational patterns. I am also an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner through Integrative Enneagram, allowing me to integrate personality dynamics and self-awareness into the healing process.
Together, these foundations shape a warm, informed, and relational approach to growth and connection.
